How to Uninstall Programs On Windows 7, 8 and 10

When a program is no longer working, is outdated, or you just need additional space, it may be necessary to remove or uninstall the program. This is also essential as outdated programs can have redundant security protocols which can be targeted by malicious software, and in turn, host dangerous viruses or infect other files in your system. Therefore, it is always important to uninstall programs that are no longer useful or are noi longer receiving support from their respective developers.

One is to open the uninstall file that comes together with the program (usually contained in the programs folder). The other way is to use the “Uninstall a program,” “Programs and Features” or “Add or Remove Programs” functions, depending on your version of Windows. Read on to find out more.
