First of all, everything about the game (characters, maps) looks graphically nice and smooth no matter if we see it as a board game, an adventure game, a RPG game or a turn-based combat game. All in all, this game is really fun especially with randomly generated maps that make For The King’s replayability quite high and at the same time demand for more unique strategies! You will enjoy exploring the world. It is also fast paced and unique for its dice-roll system which sort of makes it a little luck-based at times. Play it in any mode you wish, single, co-op or online.
There are just a few negative points to make. It can be a difficult game just as how the game was originally described so be prepared to spend hours learning it. The story may feel a little lacking if you are a heavy RPG player. Also, character abilities are limited by equipped weapons.
We recommend that you play it with your friends especially when it comes to the harder content. It is also more fun to do so for this unique board-game style experience.
