Adelantado Trilogy: Book Three is a time management and survival game with building and farming elements. You play as Don Diego Adelantado, a Spanish commander in colonial times, and your objective is to befriend the locals and protect them from different threats.

The Adelantado Trilogy is a series that blends strategy and adventure games in a package well-suited for both casual players and veterans alike. You will have to manage resource generation, building production, and you will also have to move Don Diego around to complete the different quests in order to progress with the game.

Helpful and detailed tutorial to help you get acquainted with the game!

Adelantado Trilogy: Book Three comes with highly detailed and well-paced tutorials, which lets you fully understand a certain activity or gameplay element before introducing a new one.

This is a feature that we greatly appreciate, as time management games often rush to introduce you to all the complex mechanisms without giving you a breather!

If you still have troubles keeping up, there is also a "Relaxed" mode that you can choose in the options menu, where the game manages the base for you. That way, you can enjoy the story and solve the little puzzles and other aspects of the game without needing to worry too much about your base.

Deep strategies to ponder!

What's a strategy game without enemies to fend off? There is an usurper, another Spanish Conquistador (a non-player character) in the game seeking to get to this ancient and mysterious land's treasures before you.

As Don Diego, you will have to search every nook and cranny for secret treasures, letters, and clues. You will also have to complete your tasks before the time limit, or else your rival will get the rewards instead.

Also, if you are into fully completing the game, you definitely will have to strategize and plan your moves ahead so that you will beat your rival at every turn.

Besides your NPC rival, other threats like dinosaurs and Neanderthals are also breathing down your neck. Maintaining your base to be prepared for such invasions is of paramount importance; but so is planning ahead and rationing out resources to advance to the next stage! You will have to weigh the pros and cons before you decide on your next building.

Beautiful and immersive graphics

As the third instalment in the Adelantado trilogy, Book Three is a huge step up in terms of its graphics and sound effects.

The game has an isometric view, which lets you get a good look at your surroundings. The art style is 2D and colorful, with a lot of detail. Even when you are constructing a building, you can see the different stages of construction as your workers add planks and stone.

Even when a building is abandoned, be it lack of resources or unused, it also has its own art, where it is visibly darkened and in ruins. The level of detail and attention that the developers pay to the buildings is absolutely stunning, and allows players to feel pride in the base camp or village they have built up from scratch.

You can literally feel like you are an artist at work when you bring your buildings to life!
