Larva Mortus is an action top down shooter. Play an exorcist agent in the late 19th century and hunt undead across randomly generated missions. Slash and shoot through rooms packed with demonic foes while tracking a dark warlock and his black magic artifacts. Upgrade your skills between missions and push deeper into the night. Start the hunt and purge the darkness.
The story follows a battle hardened agent called to face rising evil at the end of the 19th century. A sinister warlock seeks ancient artifacts of black magic, and the trail leads through graveyards, mansions, and cursed lands. As the agent, you accept missions, travel to haunted locations, and clear objectives while uncovering the plot piece by piece.
Gameplay blends hack and slash combat with fast top down shooting. You enter randomly generated levels, fight waves of undead and demonic creatures, and chase the warlock’s lieutenants. Movement and positioning matter as you kite swarms, manage health, and secure safe paths. Each mission reshuffles enemies and layouts so runs stay fresh. Progress comes from completing contracts and preparing for the final showdown.
