Private investigator Alex Hunter takes a standard paycheck job to find a missing professor. The trail leads straight into the trap of a maniac. This madman controls a massive device built to hijack the brainwaves of every citizen in the city. Hunter must locate the professor's notes, breach the underground laboratory, and smash the machine before the villain activates the grid.

Scour dark alleys and cluttered offices for hidden objects. Collect keys, crack safe dials, and assemble scattered tools to open locked doors. Solve mechanical puzzles to disable security traps blocking your path. Piece together paper scraps and examine blueprints to deduce the enemy's exact coordinates. Find the right items, break into the final vault, and pull the plug on the mind-control device to win.
