The story follows Hika Ri and Kao Ri as a ship brings curious visitors to Tapa Tui, sparking trouble across jungles, floating isles, and even under the sea. The twins uncover schemes, meet allies and foes, and protect their home while learning the secrets of the Menehune and the island spirits.
Gameplay focuses on smart routing and resource balance. You clear roads, mine stone and ore, plant crops, fish, and trade to hit timed objectives. Choose which buildings to raise or demolish and which bonuses to trigger. Equip artifacts, brew potions, and unlock rune symbols that change how you complete levels. Weather can slow workers or harm structures, while enemies and friendly animals shift the flow of resources.
