The story takes place after a global epidemic that left cities in ruins. Most people turned into zombies, while scattered survivors fight over scraps. You play a free agent who crosses the badlands in a battered car, taking any job that pays and keeping one step ahead of danger.
Gameplay blends driving and shooting. You steer, ram, and blast through traffic, then spend your earnings on upgrades and cosmetic tweaks. Missions push you to clear roads, outrun swarms, and duel armed drivers. It supports virtual reality headsets, but also plays without them. Single player focus keeps things clear and direct so you can chase better gear and tougher routes.
